30 min. guided meditations are hosted live on Zoom. Practice together with the Rested Revolution community and your partners, friends, family and colleagues. You don’t have to be on-camera to participate and are welcome to attend one or all sessions.
Morning meditations get you calm, focused and grounded for your day.
Evening meditations decompress your end of day and pre-bedtime bodies for rest.
Mindfulness is a basic human ability and rest is not a reward. Prepare to be comfortable (in whatever position and space you prefer): you may want to have water or tea nearby, a pen and journal for any notables, and a blanket or cushion. Headphones and earbuds will help eliminate any audible distractions in your respective space.
